I used a set that looked exactly like this on my '88 Blazer back in the day. To counter-act the hub centric issue I used a small piece of card board on the top-most stud. It was just big enough to make the studs fit in the center of the holes. After I torqued the wheel on it never moved. I ran them for about 2 years with zero issues.

Let me make this clearer: I would rotate the hub so one of the studs was top dead center. I had just a small chunk of card board. I would set it directly on top of the stud (not around it) to lift the whole adapter up slightly. It took some trial and error to get the size right. Before this I was putting the lug nuts on hand tight and holding it centered as best I could (my wheels were very open spokes) and then torquing them the rest of the way.

Using such spacers will put all the stress on your studs instead of having the hub take it. Same applies to most aftermarket rims. I think it's ok as long as you go easy on your truck and don't offroad (much/rough).

The spacer puts the load back on the hub, the only downside would be less thread contact, but there seems to be plenty. I am pretty rough on mine. I'll let you know how it goes. ;)

Just took a 180 mile round trip spin down the highway - no vibrations that I noticed. Put them on the maroon Blazer today as well. Update when I hit the trail.

Any updates? Cause I just bought a set for my blazer

Still working great, no trail use yet though.

Mine did not work out so well I need longer studs were your stock studs long enough?

Yeah, they had plenty of thread to bite onto.
