2002' Trailblazer LTZ 4x4 Problems.
 

I have an 02' Trailblazer LTZ 4.2vortec. My 4 wheel drive does not work. When I first start it up, all of the lights light up on the 4 wheel drive dial switch then go off. The service 4 wheel drive light is lit up on the dash board. Recentlly I had an transmission line leak, and it appears that some tranny fluid leaked onto the 4 wheel drive solenoid on the front differential. I'm wondering if this is the problem, or could a fuse have gone? Where is the 4 wheel drive fuse, or is there a relay? Any help would be great.

Anyway to OBD read the problem?

If the 'service 4wd' light is on, there are stored codes. A full feature scan tool is required to access the TCCM and pull the codes.

Where in NY are you located?

I believe that the transmission line leak is actually part of a recall.
