member status

Not like it matters that much but but according to the other thread with this title member status is as follows.

50-99 posts------ Starting member
100-199 posts--- Junior member
200-499 posts---Senior member
500 and up------ Super Member

This is apparently wrong info... I have close to 80 posts and am still a new member???

And that thread was also from 2007. Your point?

dimone545 01-29-2010 01:04 PM

my point was just that it was wrong.... You dont need to be all bitchy about it. Maybe it should be deleted since it is wrong information......or replace it with correct info.

swartlkk 01-29-2010 01:08 PM

You must have missed the fact that it is locked and is 3 years old!... Get over it. Who cares about their status anyway? Well, other than you that is.

And I'm sorry, but you calling someone "bitchy" is about the best example of the pot calling the kettle black. :icon_wink:

I dont care about the status that much just curious,, hints the "not that it matters" I posted in the first place. I just think that there should only be correct information in the help section other wise it isnt exactly help now is it. Oh and I am sure that I am not the first person to ask about status... If no one cared there wouldnt even be a status indicator.

We could easily remove the post counter like a lot of forums have done to stop post whoring, but we choose not to. It's just a nice little feature for the members.

dimone545 01-29-2010 01:23 PM

I agree that it is a nice feature. My only point was that the particular info in that certain thread was wrong and should be dealt with.... NO WORRIES.... not that big of a deal just an idea.
