There's nothing to it. It's just a theme for the current site. You don't have to develop anything. Just install a new theme. Could someone point the owner(s) to this thread if that's what it's going to take?

They have been made aware of this request, however, there currently are more important things in the queue for us that are being back burnered. I wouldn't get your hopes up.
