how come mine doesnt show up when i post?

You need to add IMG tags around it. Place [IMG] in front of the link..and [ /IMG] on the end of the link (no space)

EDIT: Better yet..I noticed you're using photobucket. They provide you with a IMG tag link already done. It's the bottom link on the list I think.
