Starting a new thread???
 
this is off the subject, how the crap do you start a new thread? I cannot seem to figure it out and there are no current threads on the questioon I have. (I do not see the "new thread" button)

I have been told to user the "new thread" button but it does not appear on the page anywhere? is there a reason for it not being there?
