sometimes at the bottom of the page it happens too...

im on 1440x900 res. and the quick reply box is a screen and a half away from the thread lol because of a super tiny ad...

to note im on google chrome as well

 

I have this issue too... started a few weeks ago for me as well.
I just ignore it... lol.
