I just pulled this from an A/C system that had sat for at least 18 months. I think the green is leak dye but the slime? Bad oil? Moisture.? Meth?

Any help would apprectiated. The system will have new hoses, liquid line,, condensor, accumulator/dryer, orifice valve. I think I should flush the evaporator.
