Default 4wd actuator and vacuum line questions

Hey friends, doing some more work on my 1993 GMC Jimmy SLT 4.3L CPI. I had a few questions I was hoping to get some help with. I'll list them at the end of this post for clarity. I'd also appreciate it if you guys could help me verify my parts list. I'm not good at all with finding hose sizes that are unmarked so I'm not sure what sizes my vacuum hoses are.

Sadly, I'm experiencing a leaking front input shaft seal which has overfilled my transfer case and ruined the vacuum 4wd switch attatched to it, as well as the 4WD actuator. I had my mechanic replace the seal once but a year later I'm back with the same problem so I'm going to do it myself. To repair my 4wd, I understand I will need to replace the input shaft seal, as well as the vacuum switch on the top of the transfer case. I think I will also be replacing all the vacuum lines since most of them are dry-rotted or contaminated with atf. I will be replacing the output shaft seal while I'm at it for preventive maintenance because I only want to do this one time. I pulled the battery and tray to get access to the actuator and I'm definitely going to have to replace that as well because mine is clogged with atf and is torn. Here is a picture of my actuator, and here is a picture of what lies inside it.

Questions:
  1. Does anyone know the inner and outer diameter specifications for the vacuum hoses?
  2. I've done some searching but can anyone give me some tips on getting the transfer case off and back on again?
  3. Will I need to replace the cable that goes to the 4WD actuator, or would you recommend just cleaning it up and reusing it? I dont know what effect the ATF would have on it but I feel like I should replace it as well. Can anyone offer a tip or advice on replacing the cable?
  4. Here is the intake where there is a connection that broke when I removed it. It just seems to be an adapter or something for the line to the intake. Can anyone recommend how I could easily replace this?
