Question 1. I need a new dash assembly. Will S10 trucks dashboards and instrument panels (a few years up and a few years down) fit my 1989 S10 Blazer?

Depending on how many years you are talking. 1986 is when you can just swap most things out.
If you go below 1986 to 1985 then it will not work.
