Got a pressure tester tonight and have 64 PSI and leaks to 55 after 10 min, removed a few thing so I could turn over the engine and see if I could get a spray from the nozzles and nothing.
Have power getting to injector...hmmmmm

When the ignition is in the RUN and START positions, the red wire at the injector should show battery voltage. The PCM supplies ground to fire the injector. Make sure you have spark at the ignition coil while cranking. While cranking, the black wire at the injector should pulse. If not, you'll need to trace it back to the PCM and look for an open circuit.

thinking this type of setup is more trouble then its worth and may look to swapping this type of CPI out for something else a little newer but want to keep the rest of the drive train the same due to the work to get it into my Jeep

Heard back from manufacturer that rebuilt these spiders, they have agrees the original 2 were manufacturers defects, didn't have the heart to let em know about this one.
May need to try either Blue streak or AC Delco for my next one.
