I just bought an 02 trailblazer i love it but im having potentially serious problems

hello, I also have a trailblazer, 2001. nice truck, loaded, but it seems to have a strange vibration at the rear wheels when accelerating from a stop but only if the wheels are turned.

what wrong with yours?
