I feel bad saying this now, based on all the enthusiasm lol.... but this build might not happen now.


I picked this up for really cheap





It has a tranny issue. If I can get it fixed fairly easily, it makes the most sense to sell the Sonoma and build the Blazer instead. If I don't feel it's worth the money to fix it, then I'll part it out and maybe the Blazer will get a 6.0l.


So don't worry, something will still be getting the tons. I just don't know which one at this point.

 

As long as something gets them that's all I really care!!

 

Thursday I charged the A/C and did the throttle blade mod on the Sonoma.


Then I was watching the neighbour cutting down his tree and kept having visions of the tree falling on his house so I figured I should offer to help.


So I whipped up a quick winch mount and hooked it up. A couple hours later and the tree is down.

 

Nice work. That's how to be a good neighbor! Pull down his trees.

 

Found a decent condition third door and got it installed over the weekend. Also finally changed out the drivers door pins.


Truck is almost ready to sell, hoping to get it safetied in the next couple of weeks.

 

its been a while but blazer is in the shop and its getting prepped for paint cant wait till its done most of the body work is fixed....
