I hope im in the right place, seems to be. I have a couple issues at hand. I bought this ride back in February and it was a 1 owner guy from the navy. I paid 1200$ and got a great deal. It only had 1 of the 2 issues from when i bought it up untill about June I believe.

About a day or so after i bought it i have had to turn it over 2x to crank it sometimes 3. After it was running it ran well until, like i said earlier, June when it started to slightly jerk here an there, now it does it everytime you drive and kinda bad now. Sometimes you can keep letting off the gas till it clears up a little bit and sometime that dont work. At time it does it so bad it wont go over 35 and then will kinda go away.. After dealing with this for a few months now doing little stuff like air filter, fuel filter, clean MAF ect. I finally got to AutoZone and got a reading. Yes, I know I'm lazy, I should have already done that. I have 5 different codes that came about.
Bought with 97k miles, has 103k now. Manual speed, 4.3 LS, no 4x4. Any more info please ask.

I know I have to fix all, but anyone give me some info on the jerking issue, which one is more probable? Like I said I cleaned MAF as per video on YouTube and followed warnings of what to use and not and what to touch and not. It is correctly put back together right. Any help would be much appreciated and thanks ahead of time.
