Default 2004 auto tranny jiffy lube hell

hi folks! today i took my 2004 blazer to jiffy lube (i know, 1st mistake) to have the tranny fluid and filter changed. 7 hours later it's still not right. with the car in drive, i have to rev it up to almost 2000 rpms to get it moving, then all is well. with the car in first (shifter lever in 1) it seems to work as normal. reverse is also fine. the check engine light is now on because of this. what could possibly cause this? they said something about a speed sensor they had to unplug.

they have changed it 3 times now and check the level each time. the tranny works fine except when in drive. it feel as though the converter does not lock on until about 2000rpm. it doesn't do it if i put the gear shift in 1st. only in drive.

did you have issues before ?

did they replace the filter ? or did they just suck the fluid out the filler hole
Most of these lube joints dont do the filter

Myself I would go get a filter and fluid and change it myself to know where I stand , beware that may leave you with no recoarse on them
Its not above them to have put in the wrong filter if they got that deep

I was looking a service records the PO gave me for my Blazer
Lube shop had info as trailblazer 4.2

search youtube Jiffy lube! It would not be above them to pull wires to set codes then "replace" sensors to clear codes

its possible the damage was done while pulling the pan. These trucks have a cross member under the pan that makes it hard to remove it..

Now He might of forced the pan off and damaged either shift solenoid or a wire. Ive seen this done before on 4l60es . Get the codes pulled and we will go from there.

the code is p0758. interestingly enough the inside courtsey lights no longer go on with the car in park and key removed. dome works ok with the thumbwheel and fuses are all ok.
