How to read the dim Blazer odometer when you are wearing dark glasses or the lighting conditions aren't just right? Easy. Just turn the thumb wheel to all the way down, which is all the way to dim! I know that sounds 'contrary to the logical thought' but it works. It causes the odometer read out to be a little brighter so you can read it. This is helpful to those who track their gas mileage. Try it and see. it works on my 2003 Blazer LS.
