The answer to your question depends on a LOT of different factors so there won't be a very solid answer. Some people drive their cars harder than others so that will considerably drop the mileage and some cars are in worse shape than others.

I have a '98 (4dr with an 18gal tank) with 113,000mi and I drive it fairly hard. Depending on driving conditions, I've seen anywhere from 200mi/tank up to about 340mi/tank.

Also, if you go to the top and click "My Profile" you can enter your vehicle information into your signature to let others know what model and year truck you have so they can better answer your questions.

I'd average about 300-320 on a full tank in my '96 (4door, 4x4, automatic) and I drove it like a racecar... I'd try to be safe with about 250 if I were you.

Does your fuel light come on as a warning instead of just running out of gas? You could go by that and hope you're near a gas station when it comes on!
