The hood pins are "Custom"... Lol and the only body panel with out a dent is the trunk lid & yes the roof is dented to so I'm not to worried about the "finish". For $400 it starts every time, runs straight & true, no weird noises minus the "factory ford knock" / minus rough idle (vacuum leak I havent found yet), & elctric everything including mirriors I can't complain. Best part is I didn't even flinch at the idea of drilling holes in it, had it been my truck I might have teared up alittle lol.

My summer ride is a 94 Pont Firebird. It was given to me for free a few years back but it needed a ton of work.
The guy who I got it from busted the head light assembly but at the time it was 500 to replace it. He had 4 other vehicles so he didnt bother. He wrapped it up for 3 years without running it or touching anything on it.
Then there was a bad storm that caused more damage. For those around the Western New York area its known as "The October Storm"
A large branch came crashing down on the back glass. At that point he had a kid on the way and it wasnt insured so he wanted it off his property since he wouldn't be fixing it.
Shockingly enough I put a battery in it and it fired right up. $600 later for glass, 300 on new tires and a tune up and its been perfect ever since. Most of the work put into it though was cleaning the inside. It was a bad musty smell and because of the storm of water, ice and snow it created a solid block of ice in the trunk area where the T-Tops go. Took 3 days of torpedo heater and chipping to get it all out.
From there I opted to run new Pacesetter headers and Magnaflow system back. For a 3.4 It has respectable power. I wont win any races but it gets me from point A to B in style.

Blazer is my wifes DD primarily, mines my 88 Pathfinder (have a spare one for parts as well), 98 Escort sedan in the garage as our 'spare' car (wifes first car, it's solid, dependable, cheap to maintain, stupid to get rid of), just scrapped my beater 91 Eclipse (let it sit too long, rust in pieces little buddy)
