2001 Chevy blazer tests

How far do i have to drive for the computer to run all it's tests after a reset so i can pass smog? Does there have to be a cold start?

99cbsuv is an unknown quantity at this point

About 75 miles of normal everyday driving and stop and go. Just went through it when I replaced the pump and solenoid
