Default what have you put in place of your cassette deck

im wantin to take mine out but just out of curiosity im wonderin what you have done. equalizers, power adapters or what ever. post ur pics and show it off

best picture I could find of it but i mounted a cobra 19 cb radio where my tape player was. It fits nicely in that spot

I think I will cut my console off just past the cupholders and mold it in with fiberglass or sheetmetal. I dislike the fact my leg rests against it, I'd prefer it not be there at all.

i left it in place and hard wired an aux input into it for my ipod

Thinking about installing my tomtom GPS just for ****s and giggles or a mount for my smart phone with audio aux connection.

Mine actually came with an AM/FM/CD player, but I've replaced it..


Still deliberating on what to do with the the space under the head unit. I was thinking of some flip up switches for when I install additional lights, or maybe a scanner. My CB won't fit in there, even without the head unit... I have a Connex 3300HP. I'm going to mount it to the floor... I had the notion to use nutserts, but I think I'm just going to go with set screws for it, instead.

Hey guys new here no pics just yet bit in the cassette slot in the center console i mounted my bass ****, my line driver **** and my voltmeter.
