Default 1987 2.8 2WD Auto AC TBI won't stay on

This car has been in the family since it came off the lot. It is used on occasion when needed. It has around 80K miles and has not really had any issues and had been running perfectly. Recently though, I have not been able to start the vehicle. The engine cranks over and starts for a second and then engine quits. When I turn on the ignition switch, I can hear the fuel pump run for about 2 seconds. I can see the fuel injector nozzles spray fuel during those couple of seconds. If I pour fuel directly through the TBI, the car will continue to run until I stop pouring. I have a Chilton's manual which I have tried to use. I searched through this forum and on the internet and tried things that has been suggested.
It seems like these Blazers have a number of variations where things are placed. I have been trying to find the pigtail which you apply 12 volts to but have not found it. I have read that it is usually found around the relays, which is not the case for me. I don't know which of the three relays that I see next to each other is for the fuel pump. The relay's are on the left fender between the reservoirs. Two of the three have the same number (6216) and other is 6209. I'm stuck and appreciate any help or suggestions. I can provide pics if needed. Thanks to all.
