Have you tried taking it out while the engine is hot? Don't know if that will help or not, might be worth a try.

Never used anti-seize on spark plugs in my nearly 65 years, never had one freeze up, perhaps someone over tightened it.

Default #5 Plug is still there!

As to being overtightened, I'll say! I had soaked it with Kriol for hours, and managed to get it to rotate about 45 Degrees then it stopped dead in its tracks! My 3/8" ratchet was stripping out, so I used a T handle with a 2 ft. pipe for more leverage. Even with all that, the plug was so jambed up I about busted a blood vessel or two trying to turn it! So, rather than chance shattering the plug and NOT being able to remove it,,,,,,I'll just leave the damn thing in there and hope it will last a year or so....Really makes me mad that I can't pull it. I've worked on car for years, and never had a plug I couldn't pull until now....

Hmmm, never saw like that. Usually if you can break them loose they'll screw out by hand. They wouldn't have gotten it all the way in if it was cross threaded..Must just be really rusty.

There is another topic on here were a person had the plug to strip off, and with effort they got it out.

Were there is a will, there is a way.

Years ago I knew a fellow that had a Dodge Charger with a 440 , he could not get either the right rear or left rear spark plug out. That plug stayed in as long as he had it, yet he tuned it up once in a while. Yet that 440 never run like a 440.

If I did not think I could handle it, I would take it to someone, all it take is one spark plug to keep an engine from running properly and not getting good gas mileage, besides, its hard on the engine.

Default It is a PIA!

Yeah guys, it's stuck in there real good. I was thinking on having my "gorilla" son, who breaks bolts regulary, to have a go at it. But with my luck, he'll shatter the insulation on the plug and still leave it in there. Then I'll go from an old, but firing plug, to only 5 that are hitting! Oh well.....

well check the firing order and check the wires one by one with a volt amp meter and set to ohms also check the plugs for gap inspect cap and rotor button
