Default Code 13 and 32. New ride, new problems. HELP my DD is in trouble.

Back on the Forum. Havent been on since 2013 cause I lost my blazer but im back now with a new ride. Have a 1989 Gmc s15 jimmy and am having some trouble with it. Its throwing code 13 and code 32. 13 is an O2 sensor or circuit. I just replaced the O2 recently (couple days), and 32 is an egr issue. Ive checked the vacuum lines running from the egr to the map they seem fine. Checked all plugs and connectors they're all hooked up. While coming out of 1st or 2nd gear or while accelerating through a turn in either gear the motor bogs down(rpm remains consistent) but it feels like im not putting the power to the ground so to speak. I have to give it more gas to get going and then it picks up and is fine. Have high idle, vehicle lurches forward while changing gears from park or neutral, when I first start it up in the morning and put it in gear the rpm drops drastically and almost seems like it will stall out. Any help will be greatly appreciated and any further info needed can be provided. Thanks yall.
