1989 S-10 Slipping Transmission
So... My transmission started to slip, it has trouble finding gears and won't go into reverse.
I guess this means my tranny is toast? Some days it drives great, but once it warms up and is being driven a bunch, it starts to slip gears.
Thoughts?
Thanks!

Yea,sounds like its ready to retire. If you wanna try something go get some lucas transmission slip additive. its like 10 bucks at advance. My trans was shifting a little hard and i put some in and it helped alot..you do need to disconnect the return line that runs to the rad and start the truck up and drain some trans fluid before you add the lucas. you dont wanna overfill.
