1991 s10 brake hazard light + more HELP
1991 s10 4x4 6cyl 4.3 auto Recently my right signal light stopped working on the dash Checked the hazards and they did not turn on Went home and has someone stand behind the blazer to see if any of this was working on the outside. The break lights do not work The right signal light does not work The hazards do not work Changed 2 bulbs (middle) one on each side Checked the fuse which was popped After placing a new fuse and hitting the breaks it would pop again Now my left signal light DOES work on the dash and on the outside of the blazer I heard it could be a ground but, I have no idea about wireing nor where any grounds are. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Take both your brake light rear housings out and make sure there is no bare wires exposed touching metal. Check under the hood around the turn signal lights to make sure none are bare or touching metal. Then wiggle all the wires around under the dash, be nice to them!!!! Wiggle them as to maybe hopefully move a wire away from a grounding source. Replace fuse, check if it pops.
Also, make sure all your light bulbs work.
I'm not sure what else could be on that fuse that could be a trouble spot for grounding.
The fuse only pops when you hit the brakes? What about if you replace the fuse then try a turn signal? That could maybe narrow your prople down.
Thats my version of a DIY for a low level DIY'er. Otherwise you'll need a volt/ ohm meter and then to test each individual wire on that fuse for resistince to ground using OHMS. And that not guarenteeing its a grounding proplem.
