imma buy an new encoder motor see if thats the probelm but i dont think so =/

Did you really read the two threads I mentioned? They both run down the two main culprits and how to diagnose them if you would apply yourself. If you do not understand the steps mentioned, then ask some specific questions.

When you engage the transfer case, does the front axle lock in? Jack up the front of the truck and with the engine running, engage 4wd. Does the driveshaft spin? Does the switch light up into 4HI or 4LO? If the driveshaft doesn't spin, the transfer case is doing what it is supposed to and your problem is with the front axle engagement. If it does spin, then your encoder is likely at fault.

If it is in the engagement of the front axle... Does the actuator pull in at least 1/2" when you engage 4wd? If not, you are experiencing one of the most common and most discussed 4wd issues on this site.

front axle doesn't lock i jacked up all 4 tires and the front hubs wont lock.
the shaft spins when i press the switch.
the lights blink when we press the switch . (they dont stay on)

If the front shaft spins, but the front wheels do not lock in, then the problem is not with the encoder motor and lies with the engagement of the front axle. Read through and try the steps listed in the '4x4 no worky' thread.

ok we checks all the vac lines and there fine . we pulled the cable manual and the front axle locks but it comes off after 2 mins what do i do now?
