Default 1994 Jimmy 4.3 type W Restoration

I'm well into a project to restore my 94 Jimmy. It's running now with a new engine and tranny, dual exhaust, it's been painted, and a lot of interior work is finished. I'm at a point where I can drive it around but it still doesn't feel quite right. I'm hoping to get some helpful tips to finish it.

The only issue I know of right now is that it is occasionally hard to start, as if the battery connections are corroded. They are secure with no corrosion and the starter and battery are new. Most of the time it starts strong. Then other times it starts up and kinda chugs a little, revs up and down a bit, and then evens out after 10 - 15 seconds. It idles fine and I haven't noticed anything major when I drive it. It does feel like it doesn't quite accelerate as fast as I remember but maybe that's just me.

When I had the engine replaced I added dual exhaust with new headers. The service engine light came on and I confirmed it was showing code 13. I didn't have a reader so I used the paperclip trick. Many of the sensors were reused from the old engine so I'm going through my invoices from the mechanic to see if the o2 sensor was replaced. I think it might be the original. But before I start buying parts I wanted to get some feedback on what to look for. The truck didn't come with dual exhaust so I'm wondering if that might be causing some problems.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

ideally get an OBD-I scanner and read the value of that O2 sensor, also check that your intake system is sealed up tight.
