1. Does anyone know where the 2 wires run to from the alternator on a 1987 S10 Blazer with a 2.8?
2. Does anyone know what the IGN/GAU in the fuse box is. It keeps blowing and I dont know why. My blazer didnt come with a book.

Look for a burnt wire or lose conection in the dash in gauage area or engine bay. That may be why it's blowing fuse. Also look into what else is not working when the fuse is blowen that may be the problem also.
Also the wire's on top of the alt one goes to the light or gauage on dash and the other may be a grnd.
red & black right ? they come out from the reg. [8D]

 

one is brown and the other one is tan and black line.

the reason I ask what the 2 wires go to, is because they are the only ones that dont have power.
