Default 88 with power window problem

Just got an 88, have a power window problem. We put a new motor in tonight thinking the old motor was bad. I would only go down about 2 inches. The new motor will lower the window all the way but will not go up at all. Without the window attachments and only the motor it will still not go up only down.

I tested the back of the switch with both a test light and ohm meter and got some crazy readings.

Has anyone else tried to test these the voltage and resistance on the switches?

Thanks for any assistance!

It is a direct switch (ie no resistors, etc in the line). There should be direct continuity across the switched terminals when in a particular position. If it is not doing this, the switch is likely bad.
