89 4.3 sensor?? And body mount frome hole

Does anyone know what sensor is on pass side head between first and middle manifold?? And one of the body mount frame holes is rusted out..Does any company make new frame holes that can be welded/replaced?

There is a temp sensor for the dash gauge on the passenger side cylinder head.
