Default 89 S10 4.3L Z - Fuel Pump Runs With Key Off

I am at my wits end with this one and I could use some expert advice. I did a tune up for my S10 Blazer and thought it would pass Calif Smog Test as it usually does. This year I failed for High HC's at the 25mph test. Everything else passed. Not long after I had the nasty code 42 show up on my scan tool. I checked the timing and found that it was advanced 2 degrees so I set the timing (yes I did disconnect the EST wire near the compter) and went for a retest assuming the HI HC's were caused by the timing issue as the code 42 went away after the timing was set. When I arrived at the test center the vehicle would not start at all so no test was performed and the vehicle was towed home. I began to troubleshoot for the no start issue when the vehicle began to start and would die when it got hot. I took the ignition control module out and it tested bad and it was replaced. I also took the time to replace the pickup coil in the distributer. The car started and ran very well for about five minutes then died and I was back to no start and then start and die when hot. It was about this time I noticed I did not have any fuel coming out the fuel injectors when it got hot and would not start. I did not know about the test location under the hood for the fuel pump so I disconnected the computer completly and applied voltage to connect B2 and I could here the fuel pump run. I had voltage at the fuel injectors as indicated by the noid lights when tested. I learned during this time the oil pressure switch (OPS) works as a back up for the fuel pump relay and when I removed the connection the pins were covered in oil so I replaced the OPS and had same results. Did not notice that night when finished working fuel pump ran all night and killed the battery and burned out the fuel pump. Replaced Fuel pump and sending unit today and vehicle now starts and runs like crap, no codes being set with scan tool and timing is set. I checked for voltage on connection A6 at the computer and it has 12 volts when key is on, I think this is the voltage source for the fuel circuit??? It has twelve volts and switches well with ignition switch so I am assuming the switch is good. When the key is turned off and removed the fuel pump keeps running, it appears the ECM is not sending a signal to the pump to shut off. I can remove the fuel pump relay and the pump keeps going with key off. I can turn the fuel pump off though by disconnecting the OPS. The computer is sending a signal to the fuel pump to give the short prime to the pump and the pump will switch off if the car is not started. Checked out all grounds and no opens located. Scan tool shows a voltage for map sensor at 2.18 volts which I think is a little high, and TPS shows voltage of .5 volts at idle and opened up to about 1.8 when I accelerated, I think this should go to about 5Volts on wide open throttle, is this correct? Here are the parts I have replaced and would appreciate any advice. Thank you for all of your efforts as they are greatly appreciated.
