89 s10 blazer 4x4 problems

my 4x4 will not ingage hi or low wat should i check or wat is the most comon problems as 2 y it wont ingage?

Main culprits are loss of vacuum (because the system is vacuum controlled), bad transfer case switch, or bad front axle switch. Get those checked out and you should be good to go.
