90' 4.3 L won't start! Please help!

Ok, I got the grinding out. But it just dont have enough power to crank the engine.

Same thing, just clicked once. Not enough power. Can it possably be my oil? I live in the arctic and it is gettin a little cold. Thinner oil is probably needed maybe?

a lower viscosity would def help..... do you have a portable heater? then aim it at blazer for half an hour then try

also check all connections and make sure they are clean and snug


sssssooo when you bridge it does it start?

When I bridge it, it dosent start, but seems to be lacking power, like something is holding it. Thats why the oil came to mind.

need to warm engine up some

should be using 5w30 oil

do you have a block heater? it keeps the oil warm

check all connections for corrosion and snugness

Yes, doin that right now. Get some 5-w tommorrow. I believe its 4.5 Qrts?
