91 blazer s10 line from fuel canister to carb

Question 91 blazer s10 line from fuel canister to carb

the line from the fuel canister to my carb there is no vacuum and it idles a little rough and when it warms up I get a miss when trying to keep a steady speed and it has lost a little power. any ideas on what is wrong?

if its a 91,you dont have a carb. its just a throttle body with 2 electronic fuel injectors. sounds like the throttle body is plugged up which is normal. You need to pull the throttle body to clean it. pick up 2 cans of brake cleaner and a tooth brush and go to town on it. If you dont know how to remove it just google "how to clean tbi throttle body".

I would spend the $25 for the rebuild kit and go through it.Its not very difficult and theres hardly any moving parts just the fuel regulator diaphram.The rest is screens,orings and gaskets.
