91 s10 4-3 4x4 Vent vacuum controls
I'm gonna be lazy here
Where does the supply vacuum line enter the cab thru the firewall? I think
I know where it connects in the engine carpartment. The T below the fuel pump relay as there is a line going back to the "ball" Am I close or lost

Lost. It should enter in about the center of your truck. The "ball" is a vacuum accumulator mainly used for cruise control.
