Default 91 s10 Blazer intake manifold

Hi,
Need help with the heater hose connection on the intake manifold. The hose hooks into a hole or part that looks to be threaded into the intake manifold. Due to the years, this part is rusted and leaking. Is this something I can buy stand alone or need to buy the whole thing? If can buy standalone...dealer only?
Thanks
Terry

Default

Remove it and just put a regular NPT to hose fitting in.

Default Got er done

new gaskets installed and up and running with no leaks. The bear was getting the old broken off heater core piece out of the manifold. Went to home depot and bought water piping easy outs...came in a package with 4 diff sizes and a brass nipple. Seems broken part was aluminum so took a pic and picked out the threads. Hooked hose up to and good as new. Thank god took pictures with digital camera before taking everything off manifold. Hindsight...mark and diagram your vacuum hoses.
