Default 91 s10 blazer no crank no start

Hey Guys,

I recently picked up a 91 s10 blazer with the 4.3 motor in it. The truck has 98k on it and runs perfect. Yesterday I went to the gas station turned the truck off. I turned it back on and headed to my next destination. I turned the truck off went inside and when I came back out the truck won't crank. I turn the key and nothing happens. My lights come on and my radio turns off when I try to start. I have no clicking or anything. Battery volts are sitting at 12.3 static and 11.7 with key on. I tried to get a jump yesterday and nothing worked. I tried to start in neutral and again no crank. I do notice dash lights get a little dim while I turn key but other than that headlights are bright as well as interior lights. Any ideas what could be wrong?!

No crank with power, check the starter.

Even with starting and driving fine for 2 starts before hand? Then the last trip just decided to stop working? I will try and give it some love taps and see if that helps. I was thinking neutral safety switch too. Any validity behind that?

Okay I just jumped out my starter solenoid. When I connect it manually it will whind but not engage so I'm guessing the starter shaft itself is stuck?

I'm guessing ignition switch. I have no power to the crank fuse and no power to the starter while cranking

Fixed. Ignition switch was the problem
