Default 93 s10 Blend door actuator bad?

My ac hasn't worked in years so I replaced just about everything under the hood ac related. I came to find the air will only blow out of the defrosters and the floor vent, and its not cold air. There are 2 blend door actuators down under the dash near the floor on the driver side. Any one know which needs to be replaced?

Apparently neither of the doors are working. The blend door handles temperature by routing air over the respective coils or not. The other actuator/door routes air through selected ducts.

Sorry...I got distracted before I finished. The first thing you want to do is make sure you have vacuum to the controls

Here's a link to a parts book

+1 on the vacuum check. The default position of the doors is such that you'll get some air out of the defrost ducts & some out of the floor ducts when there is a complete loss of vacuum to the HVAC system.

Default Problem fixed!

Good call on the vacuum check. I found a leak in the vacuum line to the transmission/transfer case, not sure which one it is. So i just capped it off and everything works fine now. Thats probably why my over drive doesn't work I can see inside all 3 vacuum lines that run along the transmission.

On a '93 you shouldn't have a vacuum-controlled transmission. Those vacuum lines go to the transfer case. If you do a search on this forum you can find information about how the vacuum lines control the transfer case and front axle.
