I will definitely check that. I just took the fuel cap off (thinking I might relieve any excess pressure) and replaced it. It started idling normally and the SES cleared. I took the car out for about 15 minutes but by the time i got back the it went back to its old tricks.

Thanks for sticking with me on this

So the voltage on the TPS is 4.98. I removed the fuel cap and started the car and it started idling normally (and the SES light went out) so I took it out for about 15 minutes after I replaced the cap. It ran fine til I got to the driveway and then went back to the rough idle (maybe it doesn't like living here!).

Have you even had your EGR off the truck? Did you clean all the crap out of it and where it bolts onto the intake? My truck would run fine till it was warmed up and I was getting the same codes that you are - thats when the engine opens the EGR valve - only at operating temperature. It feeds some exhaust gases back into the intake to bring down the cylinder temperature so you dont get predetonation. I would also do a search for the forum where Gimpy gives me the Ohms specs for testing the EGR valve, that was valuable information and I only needed to use a multimeter to do the testing on it. Mine failed, and I got one from the wreckers cause a new EGR is about 200 bucks.

Im feeling an EGR problem here, other than testing for the 5v at the sensors dont bother messing with those sensors until you find out if you are having an EGR fault.

You are having a problem once your engine is warm right??? It will run fine to drive, but once you stop or go slow it starts acting up and wants to stall out? The hotter the engine is, the more EGR you get... So when you slow down and pull into your driveway, you are having more engine heat from less air moving through the rad - and then you get more EGR and have a problem. Maybe your valve is having a hard time closing from a chunk of crap thats lodged in it. Do a cleaning, it wont hurt anything.
