Also, if I cut the exhaust past the cat, would that be the easiest way to test a clogg?

I'm just not familiar enough with 94's to know if they have some form of 02 sensor. But normally you would remove the one closest to the engine, connect a vacuum gauge in place with fitting or an old hollowed out sensor, disable the engine from starting, crank the engine and check to make sure the gauge doesn't rise above 1 psi.

Does your truck have injectors or a carburetor?

I'd also fix your vacuum lines. Here's a link that popped up on a search:

Okay, so I hooked up the fuel pressure gauge, engine off ignition off, zero. I then turned the key and the pressure gauge rose to 60psi and then immediately dropped to zero. Since I've replaced the fuel pressure regulator the truck hasn't started at all. But yeah the forums said it should hold at 60psi for several mins, it went up to 60 and straight down to zero. There also were no leaks at the plugin port. What does this mean?

This means it failed the leak down test. The pressure should have remained above 50 psi for at least 10 minutes after the fuel pump shut off. Next test is at the fuel filter outlet. All pressure and flow must end at the pressure tester. Pressures while testing at the filter are: 70 psi to 100 psi, and must remain above 50 psi for at least 10 minutes after the pump shuts off.

Once again man, I truly appreciate all of your help! So do I disconnect the fuel filter and plug the tester into the fuel line before the filter?
