'94 s-10 blazer fuel filter replacement question
Another quick question for somebody who has done this before. I got a new fuel filter to replace the old, and know where it is located to replace it.
Is there any thing I must disconnect, like a fuse or relay in order for me to unscrew the filter and not get sprayed by gas from pressure? Will gas run out of the fuel line continuously while the old filter is off? Someone give me instructions, please!
Thanks- Kyle

You can purge fuel from the fuel nozzle under the hood to relieve pressure. (the thing that looks like an air valve stem at the back/top of the engine)
Don't smoke, wear old clothes and be prepared to spill about a pint of gas.
