Question Bad Wheel Bearing??

Hi guys, I got a 93 S10 Blazer with the 4.3 Vortec and 4x4, a few weeks back i noticed a "groan" coming from the front end in left turns and no noise when I turn to the right. Now the darn thing makes this noise in a straight line at about 40mph on up, gets worse when i turn to the left, and stops when I turn to the right. I'm 99% positive its the outter wheel bearing, and to replace that I'll need to get the whole hub assembly. What I'm wondering is, could it be the inner bearing, just behing the hub assembly? Im ok with with buying the new hub, but since I already got it apart "somewhat", would the inner bearing groan like that? I dont really want to get that involved, but if it needs to be done I'll do it. Thanks,
Mikel

Can you feel play in the hub when you move it back n forth. I'm not sure what you mean by "inner bearing" but the hub assembly is a sealed (non-serviceable) bearing. It is the only bearing outside of the carrier that I'm of aware of in the front end.

SORRY SORRY SORRY, I just looked at it and wiped some of the grease away, its not a bearing. I guess its part of the axle and the seal on the outside egde? I looked up the parts on Pepboys.com and they talk about an inner and outter bearing, and now that I think about it, a second bearing would be pointless. OOPS, MY BAD. So anyways I'm guessing I should just buy a whole new hub assembly? I just dont want buy one, install it and find out it was something else. Like I said before, I'm 99% sure thats the problem, I just want some kind of confirmation.
