1st off you need to be in the 2nd gen (95-05) section of the forum. But intermittent problems are hard to diagnose in person let alone over the internet. The only way i could be for sure is to drive it personally with a voltmeter on hand and wait for the problem to occur and do some test. Could be the key switch, relay, starter, wires, connections no way of really telling
