Default Bogging problems

Hello i'm new to this site and i'm wondering if someone could help. Here's the problem...I have a 1992 S-10 blazer with 148,000 miles on it.It has a 4.3 cpi "W"code it seems to be bogging on me off the line and at part throttle but not all the time.It seems the hotter the temp outside the more it does it.I had it checked on the computer and didn't show any codes. No check engine light coming on either.I changed the gas filter checked the fuel presure and did a complete tune up and it still does it.I even put a new o2 sensor on it and checked the cat and to no avail it still acts up!I am also smelling a stong odor inside the car.I can't tell if it's a lean or rich smell but it's surely one or the other.Someone said it might be an air sensor that's somewere between the air filter and the manifold.I'm at wits ends trying to figure this one out,and i hate to get rid of it for something minor!I bought it brand new in 92 and it's been good to me.I'll appreciate any input from anyone.

Welcome to the forum. One way to get more attention to your problem is to post it in the Gen. Tech area. I hate to see you get ignored!
You've had the same car since '92? I'm curious, is this the first problem you've had with it? If so that's impressive!

could be a throtle positioning sensor, or a clogged cat... I know you said you checked it, but how did you do that? the easiest way to check, is to drop the exhaust BEFORE the cat, and take it for a ride to see if there is a change. It will be loud, but you only need to go down the street to notice a difference.
