Default Brake lights blinking. Yay more issues.

I have a NON abs system. I believe i do have the rawl system though since i have the black box beside the master cylinder. Anyways. Brake lights been on for a while. Ive bled brakes, brakes are good. No wierd brake feeling etc. On the way home the brake light starts blinking. It stops blinking, blinks 10,pauses,blinks 10,pauses,etc. I cut the truck off and checked the codes on the obd1 port. Ground to H port. As soon as i turn key on it does the same regardless of what i do with the obd1 port.

Oh the side now i noticed i also have NO pressure in my rad cooling system while checking brake fluid tonight.. Purchased another thermostat tonight. Gonna check it tomorrow. I hope its just stuck open. temps been reading a little low. fun fun fun
