I'm trying to replace the catalytic converter on my 91 s10 blazer. Purchased the walker one specifically for the truck...not universal. I have the back of the old converter unhooked. Not sure about the front...it has a heavy duty flange on it. Gotta beat on something and not sure what to beat on. Is the flange supposed to come off with the old converter or should the flange stay on the pipe? Hoping this is making sense.
