Clutch problem?

Clutch problem?
Well I just swapped from my auto to a five speed and having problems. It ran and shifted great for the first few days then all of a sudden it won't change gears while the engine is on. It's a hydraulic clutch (new slave, new master). The clutch fork is moving far enough, i can see it through the little "window" on the transmission.
Before I start tearing it all apart AGAIN. Anyone have any ideas as to what might have went out? I used the clutch plate, pressure plate out of the donor truck so that wasn't new. I'm wondering if the pressure plate might have went out? Or the throw-out bearing? Something internal on the transmission?
Again just looking for some ideas and input on this. I've bled it a few times since then and still nothing. The truck wants to "pull" slightly when in gear and the clutch in.
