Default Damned oxygen sensor

Tonight I am going to attempt to get my o2 sensor out. I got a torch and about 2 feet of 1/2" ratchet extenders. This damn thing just wont come out from up top. I am going to drill thru the interior of my wheel well so I can get a strait shot at it. I have been putting bolt loosening juice on it all week.

Any ideas other then mine?

Which product have you been using? Some dissipate faster then others and therefore do not penetrate as well.

I got mine out cold using pb Penetrating catalyst. If you take a paper towel, soak it in it then wrap it around the o2 sensor where the threads meet with the pipe and let it set for 24 hours the towel will help keep the oil in contact with the threads. The short o2 sensor sockets work nice on a breaker bar after that. If it still wont come off. There is a product called deep creep that you can spray on a hot exhaust. You warm it up then spray it on after you have everything shut off... Follow the directions on the can. Then use a short o2 socket... One or the other usually work.

Have fun!

Took me all day to get out. I used small vice grips and a hammer. I am pissed that I know have the other side failing too.
