Default Digital to Analog Cluster

Somebody can Help Me?, I got a S10 Blazer 92 with a digital cluster burned and i found a 88 one with tach in a junkyard, and im tryin to make the swap but the temp. gauge always go down, when i start the car can see the needle going a little bit down and when i use the turns i can see the needle of the batery moving a little bit if is right turn go a little up and if is left go a little down, the fuel gauge is always on top... somebody know what can i do? or some method to wire becouse im doing something wrong...
