ECM B fuse blowing?

tried jumping to other side of fuse from open ignition source on the fuse block just to transfer power and im still blowing 20 amp fuses about 10 seconds after cranking it. im not sure if i'll ever figure this one out might be a job for the scrap yard here soon.,...lol jk jk
Update been studying the diagrams like crazy saw that the fuel sending unit for a 87 2.8 tbi could be wired differently then a 91 4.3 sending unit which could be shorting out my system and not running the fuel pump at correct voltages and signals. going to pull the tank and check it out. can anybody vouch for that or have any input? thanks

had the same problem with a 96 k1500 ecm b fuse kept blowing, decided to unplug the whole wiring harness from the engine and start pluging stuff back in one at a time to figure out what was causeing it. ended up pluging everything back in and it never blew again, probably was just a short in the wiring harness.
